How should I prepare for IPL hair removal?
We don’t recommend you wax or pluck hair 4 weeks prior to treatment, you can shave the day before, and as much as required in between sessions.
What are the restrictions on IPL hair removal?
After treatment it is recommended to avoid heat inducing activity for 24 hours, apply sunscreen to the exposed skin, avoid chlorinated pools and spas. You can also apply a cold compress if there is a lingering heat sensation if required. We recommend at your first appointment to purchase Soothing Gel to use for a couple of days post treatment.
